InduBa, a brand of GraNext BV, attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. This privacy policy explains which data we collect, why, and how we process it, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We collect the following personal data:

  • Contact forms: name, e-mail address, telephone number, company name and your message
  • Quick Scan and ROI Calculator: business data (annual consumption, peak power, PV capacity) and contact details
  • Checklist download: e-mail address and company name
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and operating system (via server logs)
  • Analytics: anonymised visitor statistics via privacy-friendly analytics (no cookies required)

We do not collect sensitive personal data, financial data or data from minors.

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Lead management: to respond to your enquiry and prepare an appropriate quotation or simulation
  • Service delivery: to configure, install and maintain battery systems
  • Legal obligation: accounting and tax obligations
  • Improvement of our services: anonymised website statistics

Processing is based on:

  • Consent: when you voluntarily complete a form on our website
  • Legitimate interest: for anonymised website analysis and security
  • Performance of a contract: when you become a customer (customer portal, installation)
  • Legal obligation: Belgian accounting and tax legislation

We do not retain your data longer than necessary:

  • Leads (form submissions): maximum 2 years after last contact
  • Customer data: for the duration of the agreement plus 7 years (Belgian accounting law)
  • Server logs: 90 days
  • Analytics: anonymised, no personal data

Your data is shared with the following processors:

  • Hetzner Online GmbH (Nuremberg, Germany): hosting of our website and database, processing within the EU
  • mail.granext.eu: sending e-mail notifications for form submissions

We never sell your data to third parties. Your data never leaves the European Union.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data:

  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Secured database access
  • Regular backups
  • Restricted access to personal data (authorised personnel only)

You have the right to:

  • Access: which data we hold about you
  • Rectification: correction of inaccurate data
  • Erasure: deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Portability: a copy of your data in a commonly used format
  • Objection: against the processing of your data
  • Withdrawal of consent: at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing
